LA STERNE RESTAURANT IN AURAY – GULF OF MORBIHAN:
In an elegantly sophisticated atmosphere, with huge bay windows and an open fireplace, the restaurant of the Hotel du Loch, reputedly one of the best in Auray, will introduce you to typically Breton cuisine, beautifully prepared using only fresh produce. Terrine of scallops with a saffron mousseline, roasted filet of sea bream with Andouille de Guéméné and of course our Breton speciality, Kouign Aman with salted butter caramel ice cream, an explosion of flavours on the palate.
The restaurant is open from 12.15 to 14.00 and from 19.15 to 22.00 – see our menu.
Gourmet snacks can be served from 7.00 to 22.30 at the bar or in your room; a picnic hamper can be prepared on request!
Breakfast is buffet style, price €12, served every day from 7.00 to 10.30, and up to 10.30 at weekends (free for children under 12 and half price for children aged 12 to 16). An express menu at €7.00 is also available for early departures.
The restaurant has a room that can be booked privately, seating up to 120 people for seminars in Auray, business meals, family celebrations, etc.
